Out Of The Speed Force, Back In Your Arms || BYATT
After almost a month of having been brought back by hIs friends, Barry was still struggling with the apparent timelag his brain had sometimes, which he assumed it was the direct result of being trapped in such a tremendous force for so long; but the one thing that was embedded in his brain, and had been during all the time he was in there was Wyatt. The way he felt about him. The way it hurt when they decided to call things off, and the way it still hurt every day, knowing that they would never be able to be back together again. He heard from Cisco that he was back home, and hadn’t heard from him since they broke off, and Barry didn’t even know if he was aware of what had happened in Central City, or what he had to do to save it.
But that was history now, and new, more urgent issues kept creeping their ugly head on a daily basis. Not only they had to fight an apparent new army of metahumans who came to be as the direct result of Barry being pulled out of the Speed Force, but now they found themselves worrying about Caitlin, who had at first being able to fight her evil powers, but it was becoming more and more evident that it was a losing battle, no matter how many experiments and tests were done on her.
So, when all science was done for, it was decided, much to Barry’s protests, that they had to look at the issue from another angle. And that was why, Barry was now speeding his way to San Francisco, to the Halliwell Manor, to see if they could have any possible solution to offer his friend. And to think that he would most likely be seeing Wyatt soon was making his heart beat faster than it usually did. When he got to the door he fixed his ruffled hair and checked down on his clothes, then knocked on the door and waited, hoping for the best and preparing for the worse.
