Hallowatch #7: "The Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires", directed by Roy Ward Baker and Chang Cheh. Dracula decides to peace out to China to become the leader of a gang of vampires and zombie army over that way. I don't know how that village can suffer regular incursions from an undead horde and still have plenty of nubile young women to be placed on altars, but there you go.

Hallowatch #25: "The Doll's Revenge", directed by Cecil M. Hepsworth. Crappy little brother gets what's coming to him. An early picture filled with amazing effects the like of which you ain't seen since the Lumières! And also featuring what will surely be the next hit dance of this new 20th century.

Hallowatch #13: "Mandy", by Panos Cosmatos. If we count The Color Out of Space, we're one weird colourful Nicholas Cage horror movie away from a trilogy.

Nic Cage and his wife get menaced by weird cultists and things go off the flippin rails. Honestly, the less you know, the more a bewildering fun experience this will be.

Hallowatch #30: "The Collector", directed by Marcus Dunstan. A thief breaks into the house of a rich family, but doesn't expect to find booby traps and a man in a gimp suit. Looks like somebody already did a remake of "The People Under the Stairs", Jordan Peele, guess you better try something else. I don't know how the gimp man was able to break into somebody's house and set up twelve billion traps in less than 24 hours, but insert shrug emoji. This script was retooled from a "Saw" script and it shows. Hallowatch 2024
