I really hope that we’ll be able to have that Skype chat with Adrianna (the-boy-with-the-green-violin) in the near future. :3

After seeing the new Switchfoot Fading West timeline email today, i don’t think that it’s even humanly possible for me to get more excited about it than already am right now. I AM SO EXCITED. GAH.

I really need to hurry the heck up and but my tickets for the Switchfoot Fading West show in Abilene, TX. I also need to make sure that i get tickets for the Relient K show that’s coming up in November up in Tulsa, because i have been trying to see Relient K live for YEARS, i absolutely cannot miss this show.

Even though i’m sad that summer is pretty much over now, i’m really ready for fall.

I wish that i had my drivers license already, and that i could meet all of my internet friends and that we could all just hang out and go to concerts and stuff. :3

1.      What is your favorite characteristic for each band member?

I'm going to go with a favourite quote for each of them, because I want an excuse to trawl through the LOBH quote pages, hehe. 

Jon: “Hope is not something you can just place in your back pocket or put your fingers around – it’s the belief in a world that has yet to exist.”

Tim: “I think hope is not simply looking around and saying that everything’s great – that’s just ridiculous. For hope to have substance, it has to acknowledge the pain. QUESTIONS :D

1. If you could be someone else for a day (fictional or non-fictional, dead or alive), who would you be and why?

I think I'd want to be someone from the past who lived during the Beatles era because I think it'd be amazing to see them live when they were young :)

2. What are three words that sum up your life at this moment?

Music, family, Tumblr xD

3. Is there anything big you're looking forward to in the near future?

My birthday party in a couple days, marching band camp, and the midnight premiere of the 1D3D movie cuz my friend and I are going to that :D

4. Where is your favorite place to go on vacation?

Disneyland :D

5. What are you best at?

Uh... playing Pokemon maybe? Or procrastination...

6. What do you want to be best at?

Playing guitar or flute, or writing.

7. Do you have any pets?

No unfortunately.

8. How much do you care about money? Would you be okay with doing the most enjoyable job ever, while only earning a small (but liveable) paycheck?

I do care about money, but I think I'd rather have fun at my job and not make a lot of money than make a lot of money but hate my job :)

9. Do you wear hats?

I love to wear hats :D

10. How many times have you moved in your life?

Twice, the first time when I was 1 I moved from Oregon to Washington, then when I was 8 I moved back to Oregon :)

11. What is your proudest moment?

Hm... probably when my robotics team (which I was the captain of) won an award at our State Championships and created a record of being the only team to win the same award in every competition that we competed in. That was a huge moment for me.

1. How did you meet your best friend? 

We used to play soccer together back in 1st and 2nd grade, then we met again through our middle school youth group and have been close ever since.

2. Are you close to your siblings?

Depends on which one! I have four younger brothers, but I'd have to say I'm closest to the second youngest because he has Down Syndrome. The oldest and I are close because we like a lot of the same things and we spaz out about fandom feels together, but being two years younger than me, he loves to get on my nerves.

3. When were you the happiest you have ever been?

Hard to say... I've had a lot of great moments, but one of my favorites was when a past boyfriend gave me a ring on top of a Ferris wheel. I thought that was the sweetest thing ever, and it's still one of the cutest things anyone has ever done for me to this day.

4. Do you have a life goal?

Definitely have to say that my life's goal is to publish a book.

5. How many countries have you visited?

None. I've been stuck in the USA my entire life. But I have seen Mexico from the border. I just didn't go over it.

6. Were you born in the same country you live in now?

Yep!

7. What is your favorite book?

Argh. Tricky question, but I remember I used to love Ella Enchanted (The movie sucks in comparison) and I read it all the time. I want to buy it and reread it someday.

8. Do you have a favorite outfit? If so, what is it?

I love this strapless, dark blue hi-low dress that I usually pair with an off-white corduroy jacket with the sleeves rolled up and brown boots.

9. What are you really great at? What’s your talent?

I would hope that my talent is writing! Other people say I'm good at singing, but I think I'm better at writing.

10.  When was the last time you laughed so hard you couldn’t breathe?

Last night when I realized my ex kind of looks like Kris Jenner when he smiles after another friend put the pictures side by side.

11. If you could change any one thing about your bedroom, what would you change?

I would put Christmas lights around the edges of my bed (it's a day-bed, so it's lined on three sides) because I've always wanted to do that, and I think it would look so pretty. Plus the idea of falling asleep while surrounded by light is so cool.

5 facts about myself!

I am a christian. I got saved when i was 4 years old in the summertime. God is my everything. :)

I am an extremely shy introvert. I have always been and i probably always will be.

I love music. It is my passion. It is my mental medicine. Music has gotten me through so much in my life. It is an amazing thing. It is my dream to one day, start a band with my best friends, travel the world and play music for people, take photos along the way (I love photography), maybe play a few softball games during free time on the road, and go skateboarding, etc. I truly believe with all my heart that God has called me to be a musician. :)

I LOVE the ocean! It is so beautiful. I just got to go see the ocean for the first time in my life a few weeks ago! :) But sadly, since i live in Oklahoma, i can’t see the ocean here. But still, i love it and i miss it, and i hope i can see it again soon. Maybe i’ll even buy a house by the ocean one day! :)

I really really want to go to the Switchfoot Bro-Am, and i really want to go the Fading West Tour this fall, and i also really want to meet Adam Young. :)
