Chef Pete plated his home made almond cookies on a brush of strawberry sauce with a side of lychee and ginger green tea coconut milk ice cream for the modern Asian dessert.
Chef Pete threw down with Napa cabbage Asian pork cups topped with almonds, ramen and sriracha

Each team had an hour to prep, execute, and plate their dishes. 20 minutes each for the appetizer, entree and dessert. The girls team got to start first with their Girl Power - Spice Girls themed menu! Note the music
