This dish is comforting and tasty because it has the tastes of a classic hamburger and garlic mashed potatoes. The whole family will love this easy and filling meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup chopped onion. 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper. 1 can 10.75 oz condensed tomato soup. 1/2 cup milk. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 2 cups mashed potatoes prepared with 4 cloves of minced garlic. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Put the ground beef, chopped onion, and chopped green bell pepper in a skillet. Cook over medium-low heat until the beef is browned and the vegetables are soft. Get rid of any extra fat. The milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed in. Stir the ingredients together and cook until they are warm all the way through. Cover the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish that has been greased with the beef mixture. Spread the mashed potatoes out evenly on top of the beef mixture after they are done cooking. Put the cheddar cheese shreds on top of the mashed potatoes. Put the pie in an oven that has already been heated up for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it is hot all the way through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy your Easy Hamburger Pie with Mashed Potatoes!
