Ingredients: 1 lb lean ground beef. 1 onion, chopped. 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise. 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream. 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup all-purpose baking mix. 1 cup skim milk. 2 large eggs. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. Mix well. In another bowl, whisk together the baking mix, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper. Spread the beef and onion mixture in a greased 9-inch pie plate. Pour the mayonnaise and cheese mixture over the beef. Pour the baking mix batter over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pie is set. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup chopped onion. 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 4 large eggs. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1 tsp baking powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Fry onions and ground beef in a pan until the onions are soft and the beef is browned. Get rid of extra fat. Put the mixture into a pie dish that has been greased and spread it out evenly. Heavy cream, eggs, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl using a whisk. Spread the egg mix on top of the beef mix in the pie dish. Add shredded cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the dish is set. Let it cool down a bit before cutting it up and serving it.
