Hamtaro Hamgo Anki Deck

Ever thought about playing Hamtaro in Japanese? Well, I have! so I made this deck! Note; I do have the english Hamchat vocabulary included as well, so you can edit it for that if you want.

This first card focus on learning the Japanese word that corresponds to the Hamugo word. The English definition is the main focus point here, with the hamugo word their mostly for making it familiar. if the word has kanji, you can click the “show hiragana” and it will show the reading of the kanji.

This card is for the actual Hamugo word, and you are allowed to cheat and get the Japanese definition by clicking on “show 日本語訳”

This is the card you use to test if you know the japanese def. of the Hamugo. Your hint can be found my clicking on Hamtaro, and it will show you the hamugo movement (some are gifs). 

The ‘hints’ allow for you to have less card-types, and you only click it as you need it. so as you get the word down, SRS style, you will not need to click the hints as time goes on.

Google Sheets: The google sheets Will all my Hamtaro stuff, so right now it also has the Hamgo from Ham Ham Heartbreak. I have not yet made the Ham Ham Hearbreak deck because I haven’t looked/found for the gifs yet for it.

I always loved hamtaro and really loved the games. I still have some hamtaro stuff and a giant hamtaro shaped pillow!

Here is a preview of my piece for the Hamtaro Ham-Chat zine run by @neonbell-zines! Over 80 artists have come together to illustrate a dictionary of the quirky Ham-Ham language. It was so much fun to be a part of this project!

The zine will release later this month, so look forward to it!
