Ingredients: 8 oz pasta. 2 cups diced ham. 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes, drained. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1/4 cup chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, diced ham, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
