written on the back of a photo I found of my late grandparents attending their senior prom, Karen died 15 years after she wrote this of a brain tumor. my grandfather passed away recently for the same exact reason. I never got the chance to know her, but I’m proud to be related to her. I know she will always be looking down on me.
