my bike has a flat tire again and it happened 2km before arriving at work and now i can't bike to work tmr :( the ubahn connection is okay, but especially biking home after 8 hours inside really helps so much.. fresh air and wind beloved

When I said I would try to be in snake mode as much as possible I was not lying. I won't lie I also need some time inside to cool off because it has gotten so hot too quickly for me. The other good news of the week is that after procrastinating for ages I finally texted my tattoo artist, and I am so excited!!

Been up since 6am studying. Completed all the tasks I had to upload for my writing class, and am now studying for my linguistics exam that is this afternoon. Honestly? I’m not sure if I will pass. If I fail again, I might just call it a day and settle on switching my major, as I then wouldn’t have to retake the exam a third (&last) time. Really hoping that that won’t be the case though…

i am so tired bc wilson decided if I'm waking up bc of him moving from the foot of my bed to the pillow next to my head around 3:30am surely that must mean it's breakfast time and he spend almost an hour to convince me to get up until i threw him out and combined with the general bleh state of my brain it's hard to do the things i like bc it's really hard to Know and Remember that i like them which is my number 2 depression sign (messy af room is number 1) and unfortunately the only way to keep "i feel bad so i don't want to Do Things or See People" from spiralling further is to Do Things and See People so here i go! 3-ish hours until i leave for scrimmage!
19.05 // Friends and Enemies of various vocations, we've made it through most of may! Did May feel like one hell of a year for anyone else? It's only been three weeks but there have been approximately 50 different things happening each week??? As usual these days there's good things and bad things intermingled with each other which either says something about my mindset or my life in general? Honestly, I'll take either. Character-growth.
I started my newold job (again) this month, you won't believe the security that is giving me immediately. I don't even like being an admin assistant but boy, the high of the security a stupid ass office-job can give me right now? Almost unmatched. There was also a Speaking Competition from my language school that I signed up for, and the increased practice between korean classes and tandem has been so nice! Still, regular vocab practice is forever calling my name... I never do it.... 선생님 미안해요! Let's see if I can somehow implement that into my excel-tetris-weekly-schedule as well! (Unsurprisingly I didn't win the competition since it's recommended for the level above me. It was super fun to take part anyways though! I got to experience what it feels like to "shake like Aspen leaves" as we say in german for the very first time lmao)
Yall haven't been hearing about uni these days because classes are probably the least exciting thing going on in my life right now. They're fun and fine, and I'm learning cool things about public relations work or wanting to bash my head in over how "work" is depicted in literature. There are however presentations to be prepped and concepts to be written that are looming on the horizon aka. June. Prepare to hear from me then! While I'm still in the middle of this semester, preparing for two more papers I'll have to write, I am also already preparing for my M.A. thesis which I am planning to start next semester. Idk who thought that's a good idea.... (Me, its me, no one is forcing me to do this. I chose this. rip) Although, I got REALLY good news today about it, half the good news I need, everyone keep your fingers crossed for the second half!
My small hope is that I'll get to slow down and rest this week (a bit??? please???) before life and uni pick up speed next week again? Maybe I'll even remember to take a picture or two while I'm actually doing class work? Who knows, certainly not me!
