i know NOTHING about 1776 except that you like it more than Hamilton anyway i'm still bitter that ben franklin didnt make it into Hamilton bc he's my fff (fave founding father) so i'm wondering if he's in 1776? if so i'll have to watch it

also im determined to learn every line of hamilton by heart so however many years from now when a local theatre holds auditions for it i can walk in and audition for any part (i would kill to be hamilton but i doubt theyll let me, a squeaky femmething, do it. play the masc leading role yknow. dont fit the type. id settle for a schuyler sister or lafayette tho) multiple parts. audition for everyone... at once. this plan is foolproof

okay im a dork but i really love hamilton?? music is so important to my being and this musical in particular makes me happy to BE a being?? and yes i know, all the arguments about how it's bad to romanticize history, about how the founding fathers actually sucked and everything sucked, i'm aware. i know. i know. but oh my god it drives a beat into my brain and my heart and it makes me feel Something about Something and doesn't that count for anything? i can listen over and over and just not be bored, i can pick out each bit each singer each instrument of each song and the way they're all structured is mindblowing? i wish everyone could have synesthesia for a little while and listen to nonstop because i can't even tell you what it's like, except that the allskate is Extreme when you don't just hear it but you see it and smell it and taste it too the songs, the sillier ones and the serious ones alike are just an Experience!! every single cast member is so talented and they put so much emotion in it and i just!!!!!!!!! i love it!!!!!! it's lyrically and compositionally brilliant and it's funny and emotional and i love it!!!!!!!
