I'm going on a limb here and say that Congratulations is the best set up for Burn (and First Burn as well), it gives the "I know I don't deserve you, Eliza" so much more power in It's quiet uptown, and it also gives a new meaning to Best of wives, best of women. It should be in the musical again, just saying
