In one afternoon, armed with an iPhone5 duct-taped to a tripod, a wheeled office chair turned dolly, a canvas Whole Foods grocery bag standing in as our "grip bag", two people playing all the parts, and a novice editor taking a first-time whirl at Final Cut Pro X, we shot this little low-fi spec spot. Taking on snakes atop mounds of desert brush, walking backward into oncoming traffic, enduring scooter crashes, ER trips & serious leg injuries, yet forging ahead nonetheless, we ... we two ... we happy two ... we band of filmers. Ah, enough of the Shakespeare. We made a little video.
Why?
Why the hell not?

Meet Tim, a writer and avid Sunday night cable TV enthusiast. He’s all caught up on Game of Thrones and Mad Men, so go ahead and drop those spoilers. Tim came to Los Angeles from the East Coast, where he attended discount film school while attempting to shoot a feature film using credit cards and the money he earned delivering pizzas. While working as a copywriter in Venice Beach and then the Miracle Mile, Tim developed a number of screenplays, eventually winning the Disney Fellowship in 2008, a year-long professional screenwriting development and mentorship program. Since then, he has been involved in writing various feature projects for companies that include the Disney Channel, the Weinstein Company, Millar Gough Ink, and Josephson Entertainment. Tim is repped by Underground and WME.
Teah Strandjord
Teah has not yet done anything of note. And she doesn't need anything anyway. Except this video. But she doesn't need anything else. Except the short film THREE WEEKS. And this video. But nothing else. Just this video and THREE WEEKS. And the short film RESPECT. But that's all. Just this video, the short film RESPECT, and THREE WEEKS, and all those national commercials. And her short lived career as a professional dancer. But that's it.
Honestly though, the best is yet to come.
