When you watch classic f1 you can pick and choose all the comfy bits to make you feel all warm inside.

You can relive some great moments of f1 history, bring to life those wonderful drivers no longer with us.

Dive in head first not just into championship drives but also into the best pictures, interviews and film footage of those unsung driver heroes too.

Every now and again it's nice to step back and enjoy.

Because honestly....the more the years go by the more and more not comfy this sport gets.

As someone who is working in a boiling hot carehome in this UK heatwave just a friendly reminder to check on vulnerable elderly friends and family and those on certain types of medication. Also anyone with any underlining health problems.

Elderly relative reluctant to have more drinks?ice lollies and jellies are a good way of getting in more fluids too!

My Grandad was a bugger for not drinking unless with a meal but occasionally I did managed to "gently coax"him into having small yoghurt and jelly pots when there was big heat waves.

seeing Mark Webber's instagram video I just like the idea that he takes Oscar on little day trips out now and again.

People watching f1 back in the 60s 70s 80s etc didn't have access to social media and platforms like this but thankfully the passion for these decades lives on through the edits and fanfics and fanart they never got to post

listening to Seb talk is so fascinating..

His voice always sounds so soothing when he speaks. The way Seb talks about his life outside of f1, how he was feeling during the last few years of his racing career.

I could listen to him talk for hours. Sebastian was on the grid long enough to have grown up out of a young teen/20 something kid to a family man in his 30s. Your life and priorities change as you get older.

What a wonderful thing it is to get these interviews. Comparing them to other interviews from let's say in his early red bull days, as a 20 something with nothing but racing on his mind.

He's still that cheeky 20 something in a way, there is always that part of us, but we grow with life experience and its a privilege to get to see.
