hi! um, do you have any tips(?) for young artists who just,,, don't feel good about their own art,,, like esp their own style? haha,,, sorry im kinda depressing -han anon

Ohh! Nooo don’t be sorry! Literally have had the exact same crisis at least once a month for ever since I started drawing so don’t feel bad about feeling that way!!

Umm I don’t know about like really specific tips I’d have but .. since I studied animation in school, one of the best lessons one of my teachers gave me was to not be afraid to copy. Try imitating others’ styles! Honestly like, there’s no such thing as originality. Everything comes from something else and eventually if you do it enough and put a little bit of yourself into it every time, it’ll become your own in time!!

Also! Don’t force yourself to draw kinds of art that you think others want you to draw. Even though there are certain things that are important to study like perspective and structure and anatomy, etc, I really do feel like you should always make sure you love what you’re creating no matter what it is!

I always remember when I was at Kcon and SKZ was asked if their sunbaes gave them any advice and Seungmin said that Got7 told them to remember that they love what they do. I’m always gonna carry that advice to others too, it’s really important for there always to be love UvU

I’m just chillin at work all day = v =;; got called in 2 hours early because of some emergency that someone couldn’t make it in but at least I get to leave early~ I’m meeting me other half after work to go kbbq for my bday so .. I kinda can’t wait to leave hehehehe..

han anon is converting their uni friend to kpop bc today i had her listening to popular songs of each gen and she was asking questions and all, i also show her the megaverse mv and when han came out i told her "this is the one i like" and she went "yeah! I saw by the cheeks"

I also lost my star ring today, i will cry
