A new commission for the lovely @evil-rainbow-sunshine (ofc about Starscream and the "I can't express my feelings for Optimus"TM). I already want to do something with Transformers+ Flowers and this was a very chance! I totally LOVE to work on this piece.

The choice for flowers were on Chrysanthemum a flower globally know for positive meaning and among them also "Optimism".

But, Fun fact: in Italy (and other EU country) White Crhysanthemum are associated with the dead (bc is a November flower) and I love casual double meaning. (Did you say "angst"? Say it double).

These are some drawings I made .

Also.. do you know Hananaki… like that fictional sickness that a person gets when they have an unacquainted love. And then a flower that grows in their lungs and it chokes them from the inside basically… yeah…. That was where my inspiration came from.

I thought of a new fictional sickness . Called ….”Heart eyes”

this is a sickness that resembles …toxic love.

When you have an infection in your eye that causes your pupils to become hearts. Every single time you see the person of your desire. They grow bigger. They swell in your eyeball every single time you see the person or sometimes even think about the person. And that person becomes all you see… your vision is blurred by these hearts… you can’t see the flaws in the person you yearn for. You can’t see the warning signs… and the warnings of your friends and worried family members are ignored as it often is in real life, concerning toxic relationships.

the hearts in your eyes swell so big that ear eye sockets can’t contain them… that is the last stage of the “Heart Eyes-“ disease, your eyeballs popped right out of your eye socket, they have swollen too big… and you are left with no sight. The world fades to darkness.

You have given up your sight… for a toxic love trap.
