Hana placed her free hand on top of Natsuko’s and gave a reassuring grin.

“Really, I’m fine. You should worry about yourself, Natsuko. How’s your leg?” she enquired softly. They were sitting on the side of the road, south of the cathedral. In this part, various skyscrapers had corroded, so that the remnants of the singular, once illustrious, sacred building were still visible.

“It doesn’t even hurt. It’s not bad at all, I promise. I was on the baseball team y’know? Nothing worse than a baseball to the shin.” She laughed at her own joke, but when Hana merely laughed through her nose, an almost pitiful look lining her features, Natsuko’s forced happiness fizzled.

They both had other things on their mind. Kiyomi.

They knew each other and Kiyomi well enough to know when they had each other on their mind.

Yet both of them were too apprehensive to mention it, in case their thoughts became reality.

“She’s okay.” Hana stated blatantly, reaching around and placing her arm around her best friend’s shoulder, “If she could survive what happened before, she can survive anything.”

“I know…” Natsuko replied quietly, leaning the side of her head against Hana’s chest, “Kiyo-chan’s strong.”

✦ Selesta is 200 years old, she is quite a young bet pony compared to her species.

✦ She's not just a bet pony, she's a vampire doll.

✦ One of Sunrise Stardust servants.

✦ Was the guinea pig of Mrs. Sunrise while she developed the skills to change her appearance. As we all understood, the experiments left their mark on her.

✦ Like all residents of the Stardust family house, it has a gradient mane.

✦ Celeste's eyes are made of moonstone.

✦ Has a bad temper due to a terrible past.

✦ Her ears are bat wings.

✦ Mostly flies on her own wings, as her free movement is limited by her mechanical limbs, which makes her feel insecure.

✦ An introvert, but she communicates well with Lunarelle, but she tries to avoid Sunrise.

✦ Loves ginger juice, although others react negatively to her delicious "gourmet".

✦ Before the experiment, she was an ordinary bet pony.
