Case Study: High Line/Solar Carve Tower

A study I did last year to highlight the green spaces and how well the planning of the space adapted to the structures arising around the newly proposed solar carve tower by Studio Gang Architects by using the sun to carve the building while respecting the public space 

Process

Illustrator for black line work

I used a stock image I found online to use as the background that described the green spaces on the high line

Photoshop to under lay the image and erase the green spaces on the line work layer with a brush tool at 10% opacity to create a watercolor effect
