Last week some jerk blasted through my front yard, across the entire thing slamming into my mailbox, my shop sign, a speed limit sign, my garden and narrowly missed being wrapped around a telephone pole. Seriously, missed by like 2 feet. We went a week without mail while we waited for the new post, kit and box to arrive. My old mailbox was this gorgeous Amish made wood barn that I found on Etsy and we LOVED it. But after the idiot crashed thru it, there was literally nothing left. So I decided to paint this one (to make it a little easier to handle on our budget since another wood one wasn't gonna happen) and I love how it turned out. My hubby thinks I should sell them in my shop.
