It was only after they were walking away from putting the fish right in the middle of Coulson's desk, that Fitz realised that they had screwed up so badly. 

Fitz was quietly laughing with Skye as they walked away, but when he realises this, he stops and turns to look at her with a serious expression. "We should not have done that. We so should not have done that. We need to get it out. But we can't just go back there, that'll look suspicious." The words come out fast and slightly panic like. He takes a deep breath and frowns as he tries to think this through.

If this happened on the field, SHIELD would send in a specialist to extract the package and dispose of it. They needed a specialist to do exactly that... "We need Ward."

Now that everything had been rewired in his head, it was a lot easier to get his bearing around the tower, which was especially good considering it felt like he was re-learning the place. For once in his life he was taking his time with it, and not rushing in head first. He had a lot to re-learn about the people within the tower considering he viewed almost all of them as a threat previously given his state of mind. 

But today is all about relaxing, and the best way to end a day like today is to go a few rounds at the gym. It's late so not many people should be there, and the Avengers should be out doing their Avenger thing - whatever that is. 

When he gets to the gym though, there is only another person there which is as good as it's going to get here. He doesn't recognise who it is straight away, but the closer he gets the more the face looks familiar but he just can't seem to put a name to it. It's a miracle he hasn't killed someone by accident given how bad he is at putting names to face.

"Hey," he says as he walks by him, his eyes looking him over. Standard SHIELD wear, and his form gives away that he's most likely an agent. But the feeling of familiarity just won't go away.
