Time for Day 22 of your #HandstandHomework 💪🤸🏻♀️for SEVEN Handstands! . 7 handstands combine "L" handstands (Day 6) with yesterday's hollowback tuck - open shoulders/chest with the piked shape . If you want to warm up with the drills we had you do with Day 6 and Day 21, go ahead and do so! This'll make your shoulders and wrists even warmer. . In this video: 1. Partner shoulder stretch (use the wall if you can't find a human 😆) -place hands on your partner's shoulders, sink chest to ground, and sink your booty out. Partner can push down on your upper back, but make sure to communicate how deep you want to go in this stretch as it can become very intense! 2. Hop to handstand with good spotting technique 👍🏼 3. With legs straight and together, slowly bring to a piked 90degree position, parallel to the ground 4. Start to open shoulders and chest (just like you did yesterday!) to come into a hollowback position 5. Partner can push down on legs for more compression and help with balance in this "7" position 6. Gaze can either be down between your thumbs or head neutral . Try this out and let us know how it goes! ❤️ .
