well first of all if your ventilations fail you get hallucinations of freddy chica foxy and balloon boy attacking you

and springtrap is a convertible animatronic/wearable suit but he broke and converted back to an animatronic while someone was in him, killing the man inside [later revealed to be the purple man who killed the 5 kids. it is implied hes haunting that suit] instead of getting rid of the animatronic they sealed him up in a “safe room” and put up a false wall over it. and now hes back

the good ending is the building burning to the ground and the animatronics being sold on the flea market. bad ending just shows you the purple mans death
