Today I had my second hand therapy session. It really does help me mentally to make progress in my hand mobility. I still have swelling and my wrist is very stiff but that is what therapy is for! My therapist is very sweet and knowledgeable. She re-dressed my arm for me and I was surprised that my arm had improved a lot in just a couple days.
