Hung over? Why yes, I believe I am
Hi guys!
So I was out last night and consumed some alcohol. Kind of mad about that since I see alcohol as empty calories, so I've decided not to drink until July 19th when we are celebrating a friend of mine. After the 19th I won't be drinking till August 15th when me and a couple of friends are going on holiday.
Two friends slept here last night and left a while ago, we didn't have much to offer foodwise for breakfast so I ate two pieces of white toast. FAB. Not. But I'm trying to convince myself that it'll soak up the alcohol still in my body.
The rest of the day I'm going to eat healthy and sober up for my spin class later this afternoon.
To be honest, I kind of want to cut alcohol out of my life. Not that I drink a lot, I drink a maximum of once every two months, but still.
