Your boyfriend jisung just wanted to do something for you since it was your birthday. spoiler (miserably failed)
"hey y/n guess what?!?!"
"what happened???"
"i'm making dinner for you!!"
you instantly knew that it was gonna be a total disaster because he cannot cook for shit💀 but you were still happy since it's the thought that counts.
A few minutes later, you heard a pot fall down and you rushed to the kitchen just to find out jisung dropped the pot with all the pasta sauce. As you helped him clean it up, you looked up to see jisung with a sad and dissapointed expression on his face
"it's okay sungie, don't worry about it" you reassured him.
"but i want to do something for yo-"
You quickly shut him up with a kiss on the lips.
"don't worry about it, you tried, and it's the thought that counts. we'll just order something okay?"
Jisung calmed down and nodded. After you two finished cleaning the mess up, you ordered dinner and ate it together while talking about your days.
Even though the plan went wrong, you still got to spent your birthday with your boyfriend and that's all that you needed to be happy.
