Both of them lowkey got amnesia, so they named their band, Amnesia, after it. Because apparently if you're a lost robot/angel, making a band is the obvious thing to do
Fizz was originally sent from space to check out humanity and shit, but her dumbass crash landed and forgot her mission and how to get home, so she became a band kid instead.
Hank doesn't remember falling, or even where they came from, but a nice old fella raised them (and Hank's like 90% sure he never even noticed their angelicness.) They too, wanted in on being a band kid.

Also, for beings that don't need to eat, they order in pizza wayy too often (Hank could survive without eating but likes the taste of things, and Fizz kinda copies Connor DBH and breaks down/analyses whatever she puts in her mouth. That's close enough to tasting, right? XD)
