Oh, hell... Reisuke didn’t stop crying, he cried even more. It was not like Goro couldn’t understand, he just didn’t know what to do in such a situation. All those years when he was crying alone, there was no one who would give him attention so he didn’t know how he was supposed to act when someone else was pouring his misery out. Still, he didn’t want to let go of the other - an unfamiliar sensation of wanting to protect him was there instead.

And so he wrapped his arms around Reisuke and hugged him close to himself, letting him vent just where he was. Goro was almost positive he had to have a little bit of snot on his shirt but at the moment, it didn’t matter that much.

“Ah, I’m sorry. You are probably in a need of letting it out instead. So come on, you can do just that. I won’t judge you for it.”
