Paceline Training (Photo Version)
We spent a few minutes just going around the same traffic circle practicing form in the paceline. My form can definitealy use the work.
Sharon and Word-RCB/Cyclisme's nine-year-old Greg bunnyhopping in a parking lot.
The rides are not strictly one team or another. Just a group of teams and or friends of teams. In this pictue, Sharon's visiting with Kayleen, who I believe is not on a team, and hasn't actually raced yet, but got interested in riding from a friend. The ride was great peleton practice, but also a great opportunity to just have fun riding around town, while spending time with friends.
