From HapMap to HaploView (Click above to Download) fhmhv.zip checksums: MD5: e04226c6945ff2834621c266dfa52943 SHA1: a53eebb6d17c1f598e5da63f226b327afa0c235e CRC32: 76aa7867 fhmhv.exe checksums: MD5: 2491c545e53c8482566997aa53c23fc8 SHA1: 2170aa3f19b150bb2ab0a8e8511882eb6fa8c883 CRC32: c7c168d2 This will be useful for those who need to constantly extract SNP Genotype Data from HapMap. HaploView does not support data directly downloaded from HapMap and the file needs to be reformatted into a .ped and .info file before it can be used by HaploView. This program solves the need for manual reformatting. Just copy and paste the raw SNP Genotype Data into a standard .txt file and it will generated the .ped and .info for you. EDIT on 15 JAN 2013:- Statically linked the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library so that compatibility shouldn't be a problem anymore. Enjoy! WARNING: Please do not use run the .exe's if the checksums do not match. You can use this tool: HashMyFiles from NirSoft to verify the files were downloaded correctly.
