How to make yourself happier

Do something nice for yourself every day. Take a break from homework, read a book, on’t think about your job, play with your children something you both enjoy, kiss your bae, have some chocholate, pet your cat, go out with a  dog and frisbe, put your turtle on your cute belly.

Treat yourself (all the time). Food is important, eat something you like. Pro tip: start with spicey and finish with fat/sweet, you’ll eat less and still feel like you’ve eaten enough (and you actually do). Drink! Drink water, drink tea! Don’t drink coffee if you don’t have to. Remeber quality is more than quantity. If you can afford less but better food, go for it. And don’t hurry when you eat, enjoy the meal, don’t stress!

Do something for the others. Smile. Tell somebody that they have a cool shirt. Or coat. Or hat. They can be a completely random person or a friend, just tell them. The worst that can happen is that they tell you to go away (in which case you appologize, you weren’t trying to be rude, and go away).
