I can’t believe how much I royally fucked up doing the “three happy things a day” last month BUT let me tell you some good things about TODAY: - just about finished the final paper I was most worried about - and I’m actually really proud of it like it’s not just bs - currently the only thing standing between me and graduation is a paper about gender and pacific rim - new Mumford & Sons album - it is 82 heckin degrees outside - I forgot how beautiful warm weather is and now I am remembering - it is going to be this nice ALL WEEK - I’m so excited about the Mother’s Day gift i’m assembling for my mom and I get to do that this week too

today has been a good day BECAUSE

slept in

breakfast while watching the mindy project

today featured a lot of the mindy project in general

it was GLORIOUS outside

went for an eight-mile walk downtown

had a real cheeseburger because PROTEIN

wrote two pages of things in the cafe down the block that's open late on fridays

surprisingly good blueberry white mocha latte from said cafe

i looked hella cute also

now, leftover pad thai and short term 12 rewatch

trashlancers going to the m&ms store and somehow stealing two huge ass giant bags of pretzel m&ms because those are the best

the twins getting a bag each of everyone's favorite and they're all mildly horrified at first but then carolina starts laughing and they just find somewhere nice to park for the day and spend a few hours tossing different m&ms into each other's mouths and making them guess the color and tyPE okAY SORYR
