I cannot brag much about the "loss" (of weight) because it's me who can "feel" it. Even the scale won't show. But I guess my hubby also recognize the changes however he's keeping his silence so not to disturb my momentum. I'm not doing much physical aside of stretching exercise morning and evening and free weights. This time no abrupt exercise that does not last and only need more calories to burn--I end up getting bulk and fatter once the momentum is gone. I'm doing a mind setting, changing my eating habit (to healthy) and motivating my self daily. Next week (because it's almost salary time and fruits are expensive kaya next week na lang! Haha!), I will endure the first 5 day smoothie detox. Endure is wrong word to use, it's actually fun for me. As I've said earlier, I found the right food I thought I won't enjoy. Fruit/veggies person pala ako. Sorry for another health post. The update is mine. To journal my progress, to say that it's true...It takes 4 weeks to see the body changing. I'm excited for the next 2 weeks so my hubby will soon say "poyoot" Ahahah! Happy days! #happydetox
