Practising my archery grouping with a paper cup. The goal is to shoot three arrows into or as close to a paper cup as possible. Usually starting with the feet lined up from a distance of one metre then moving back about a metre at a time and so on. * This video is a quick demonstration of me shooting at 1.5 metres because I didn't really want to shoot any closer to the target. I started doing this type of training around two weeks ago and been logging my progress, I'll be doing another longer video soon. * I've made it a little more difficult for myself by not moving back a distance until I have three arrows in the cup or have emptied my quiver. I have around ten arrows in it. * Oh, and be prepared to lose a few arrows and not use your best ones because I've broken a few arrow nocks with this exercise.:-) * I would just like to thank Horace Marshall for introducing me to this training a few weeks ago, it has been very helpful. . . . #archery #archerygame #archerylife #archerypractice #archerytraining #happywithit #archeryvideo #gettingbetter #grouping #longbow #longbowarcher #movingforward #papercup #practice #shortdistance #traditionalarcher #traditionalarchery #womanarcher
