Smt. Anu Garg, IAS, Hon’ble Chief Secretary, Government of Odisha, visited Paradip Port and took a launch ride in the harbour area to gain first-hand insight into port operations. During the visit, she observed berth readiness, vessel traffic management systems, and key marine activities, interacting with officials to understand operational processes on the ground. Shri P. L. Haranadh, IRTS, Chairman, PPA, was present on the occasion and highlighted the Port’s continued focus on improving efficiency, strengthening safety standards, and preparing for future capacity expansion in line with growing maritime needs.
