Work on the Moxon vise...this hard maple is beautiful to work with and will be an awesome addition to the new work bench. Although I can already see a number of changes I'll make in the next version, this is going to be a great tool to use with future projects.

Building a table using the maple from the backyard tree. From jointing/planing to final glue up. Next steps are to final plane, trim to length, fill holes with epoxy then finish. After that I will need to come up with a base. Final dimensions of top are approximately 4.5 feet long, a hair under 3 feet wide, and 1.25 inches thick. February 2017
