Please note it will NOT come out the same if you don't do the happynopantsdance while making it 🙋🏻 Don't ask me for the measurements because as you can see I have no flippin' clue. I don't track anything. I don't track my food. I don't count macros and I don't count calories. I drink this everyday. No specific time really. Usually in the mornings but realistically whenever the heck I feel like it 😬. I've grown to love the taste of apple cider vinegar but if you've never had it it'll take some getting used to! - You'll need: Filtered Water 1 fresh squeezed organic lemon (see last weeks lemon post on why it's my holy grail) Apple cider vinegar (this was all the store had when I went but buy one that comes in a glass container).
