#TBT this is from the 2007 National final London Blitz Vs Coventry Jets... The win was special for a few reasons; 1: going the whole season undefeated & winning the '07' Final (after losing the '06' Final) 2: on a personal level playing some part in the final after snapping my Achilles 8months prior (Dr told me it would take 12-18months to repair). 3: it was my first Job as a conditioning coach. To see the team go undefeated and know we had the fittest and strongest team was great validation of what I did & do as a coach. #hardworksequalsresults #NeverGiveUpAttitude #DontSettle #Pictures&Memories
