I finally read runaway Max, so here are some of my favorite BillyMax scenes/details;
-Billy and Max talking about cars together
-Billy nicknaming Max "Mad Max" (and her deciding to keep that name for her records at the Arcade)
-Billy following Max to the car (after Niel made that scene during dinner) and trying to comfort her the way he can.
-Billy singing Max name when he is in a good mood
-Billy sometimes taking Max to Kragen auto, and her admitting having fun there (sometimes)
-Billy offering one if his cigarettes to Max, the way Max was obviously clumsy with it and wanted to laugh with Billy about it because "She was there with him"
-Billy never calling her "Maxine" again after she corrected him
