Thank you SO much to EVERYONE who came out to the FIRST run of This Is ME : A Woman In Progress! The night was AMAZING. We laughed, we cried, we hugged, we shared but most importantly we healed... together! This production has been in the works for 3 years. Mostly because I ran from it. I was not ready to face my own pain. I was not ready to show you my hurt. But damn it I'm SO glad I did!!! This is only the beginning of something that can be so healing and beautiful. I pray that you all continue to be apart of this process. The next show will be April 9th 2016. Please be sure to mark your calendars and to spread the word. This is something that needs to grow. This is something that NEEDS to happen. There's so many parties and showcases but not enough of anything intended for unity and healing. So WE need this.
