Physically weaker Whumpee being restrained excessively. Heavy chains are shackled to their wrists and ankles, and a metal collar is locked around their neck, weighing them down to the point where they can’t move. A muzzle is buckled around their mouth. The chains are connected to heavy metal balls that they couldn’t hope to move on their own.
So many precautions for someone who wouldn’t hurt a living soul.
