So uhm is Harold gonna make any "Canon" appearance in Coin and Harvey's story?

Ok, I’ll be completely honest.

This whole thing started out as a joke. Maybe I didn’t make that clear enough, since it’s the internet and it’s very easy to misunderstand things.I did actually think about making him “canon” just for shits and giggles, but then some people were acting like they owned that character (which might just be wording, or it coming across the wrong way), so I’m not that sure anymore.

Gotta think about that, but it just really bugs me that some people on the internet can’t take jokes… We’re all here to have a good time and if you look at my blog it should be obvious enough that I’m not serious all the time.

And another thing, stuff like this can actually make people want to leave fandoms, if they feel pressured to do something just because everyone expects them to do it. I’m all for swapping ideas, but when somebody says “no” about their character, even if it was only a joke, you should be able to respect that and don’t get mad. Go make your own, literally nobody is stopping you.

So for everyone reading this, just keep this in mind okay. I can only speak for myself and I’d like to think that I’m a very chill person in general, but don’t pressure artists into doing what you want. I love drawing for this fandom and sharing it with you guys, but when you break it down, I still do it for myself. It’s kind of a side effect that I’m posting most of my art.

Artists still have a real life and some use fandom to escape that for a while and when that starts to change, some don’t want to be involved anymore.I’m sure that nobody had any ill intent, but I felt the need to say this.

omg I love how all these asks have been 'does he ________' followed by 'NO THIS IS MY BBY. HE INNOCENT' and honestly I vibe with that 100% but at the same time I also love how the entire internet took one (1) look and went 'that's one shady ass mf' like it is a truth universally acknowledged that a Harold, once released into the world, cannot be contained.
