@danni centipedes don't really contain a lot of poison since they aren't really. meant for killing prey the size of humans. but if you get around that and do something to make the poison more potent, then that could be deadly
though the bite and venom supposedly cause severe pain, which would be great for torture? esp if they're inside the body and eating away at it at the same time...
@danni the wikipedia page for scolopendra subspinipes happens to have a Lot of info on the venom? coincidentally that's the species in tg.
but uh it would take a rly long time to die and it'd be rly painful. the venom itself makes you feel horrible and centipedes are tiny so even if they're starving it'll take ages for you to be eaten alive. if the venoms in high enough doses though it could probably kill
@danni large species like scolopendra gigantea will eat things as large as birds and bats, so I think it's safe to say that if they're hungry enough, then yeah, theyll start eating a larger food source. centipede venom isn't very poisonous to humans though, I think there's only ever been one case of a human death from centipede poison? it was a young girl who happened to be allergic to the venom

Centipedes eaten by snakes will rip apart the snake’s insides and burst out of their stomachs. Do u see where I’m going with this.
i saw an article about that once. both animals died. the centipede clawed out and destroyed all of the snake's organs since the centipede was actually bigger than the snake
