Hoo, boy! We might've skipped this lovely event last year, but we're back in force in 2025, y'all. That's right, 'tis the season to spread the love around our small but mighty HBOWar fandom by turning the spotlight toward those pairings we don't see enough of on screen. Load up your low-key faves and get ready to celebrate the secondary—and tertiary—characters that make these shows special.

HEAVY ARTILLERY RARE PAIR EXCHANGE 2025 ASSIGNMENTS ARE OUT!!!

Check your email or DW—whichever you signed up with—for your assignment, gang. If you didn't receive one, or if something doesn't make sense, let me know! I did my best but I am only human and sometimes I skip over or incorrectly copy/paste things.

You should have at least one option from your recipients list of requests that jives with what you were willing to offer. If that's not the case, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME BEFORE 2PM UTC-7 ON APRIL 2, 2025. Any issues raised after that point, I may not be able to adjust for.

I'll open the AO3 collection for this exchange in a couple of weeks and will alert y'all when it's open. Once the collection is open, you're welcome to upload your fic to it. Do not post your fic anywhere but the collection until author reveals have happened! (If you want to crosspost it elsewhere after reveals, go wild.)

Also, please do not discuss your assignment with other participants. If you have friends outside of the event, go ham, or if you have a beta-reader that needs to be sworn in, that's totally fine. The name of the game is discretion until author reveals.
