gonna say it now, if you support CC creators like @felixandresims, @harrie-cc, or any other perma-wall/excessive early access paywall creators you’re being taken advantage of financially. They don’t care about your game, about your hard earned money that you work a REAL job for. They don’t work for EA there is no reason they should be getting paid ~14k a month MINIMUM for sometimes RECOLORS of existing sims 4 content. And YES, Harrie’s recent “winterfest drop” is just a sims 4 seasons RECOLOR. You’re not “getting it for free” If you are a patron you are PAYING for the content at the end of the day they aren’t giving it out, if they were to get banned on patron or were told they could no longer hide behind early access paywalling they would not make content (or make their content free at all exhibit @felixandresims) They are money hungry, they are not part of your community they don’t care about you. Them and their TOU’s are an embarrassment to the sims community and i’m so glad i’m not in the s4 community. But just because i’m not doesn’t mean i’m going to let them get away with their entitlement. I hope EA comes after their asses. Thank you to the S4 Creators who don’t perma paywall and who are respectful and care about the community. I understand that making CC is time consuming but at the end of the day this community was made on the backs of people who created CC for fun not expecting pay and it’s upsetting to see how far down this community has gone, and it’s in part thanks to EA (money hungry pigs)

And blocking people is just furthering the point that all you care about is money @harrie-cc

Featherington House

Sorry, this has taken so much longer than expected! While editing my screenshots, I couldn’t help but feel the whole build was lacking. 

After rewatching Season 2 of Bridgerton, I expanded this build to include the study as seen in both seasons. I didn’t realize how much green was used in their set design, and I tried hard to stay true to the set design for the interior. 

A huge thank you again to the fantastic and talented cc creators @themarblemortal @thejim07 @the-regal-sim @felixandresims @harrie-cc @strangestorytellersims @historicalsimslife @cliffou29 @anachrosims this build would not have been possible!

Summer Palace

There are four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a hall, a living room, a dining room, a two-story library, a swimming pool, an office and much more. There is also a large park with a gazebo.

Hello Simmers

After a while, I’m finally back. I decided to recreate the dead-end street in Willowcreek.

I previously made a museum on the same street with a curved corner and I wanted to make a towered apartment to complete the look.

The rest of the buildings will be added to complete the street.

The building has two decorated apartments, one restaurant, one café and a bar. You can use either of the functions of the lot.

To be able to move the Connector lot, you’ll need the TOOL mod. Connector is needed to be moved (4,0) [it may need some adjustments after placing the lots]

Again another italian villa i'm building on the Tartosa 50x50 lot ( inspired from a real Lake Como, called 'Confalonieri 1913 villa' )

It takes time. I want it accurate.

I hope to finish exterior soon.... i see defaults everywhere..
