((Head Canon - Travelling))

John enjoys traveling.  He's done it in the past and he's taken trips with his family before.  When he was in the army he did much traveling, a part of the job that he enjoyed, but it was never anywhere with much interest.  The only time he had ever got to travel by himself, he was in high school and took a school sanctioned vacation to France.

If he could, John would spend his time and money traveling around europe, seeing the most interesting things, maybe even explore Asia and the Americas.  However, it wouldn't be complete without Sherlock traveling beside him.  That is a must.

Now that's just silly hun. Of course you serve a purpose, and you'll be just fine. I promise. If you need anything, anything at all, let me know. If you even want a change of scene, you're welcome to stay with me for a day or two - HW x
