Can you imagine a hug from Sirius Black? Not unless you’ve had one, there’s really no way to describe it. But, being one of the few alive who have experenced it, I’ll try to describe the indescribable. A hug from Sirius Black is like a hot Spring day. You know, not miserably hot in such a way that it’s uncomfortable, but so hot you feel the heat fill all of your pores. The kinda heat that’s bone-deep. It makes you laugh on your worst day, it envelopes you in its Sunny embrace, it feels more natural than breathing. And as sensational as flying. A hug from Sirius Black is like watching the sunlight reflect off of a golden retriever’s fur. So full of life, and warmth, and every ounce of loyalty he could ever promise you is poured into that one embrace. For that one moment, nothing can hurt you, everything is still, and calm, and peace, and love because Sirius is here. Sirius will take care of you. But watching Sirius Black die was like watching the Devil kill G-d himself. In that one long minute, all noises are muted. The entire world stopped so everyone could see the tragedy before them. In that one long minute as the light left his eyes, all happiness left the Universe. With his last laugh still etched upon his face, he died beside of every last fibre of goodness left in the world. Sirius Black’s death was worse than anything I’ve witnessed. But a hug from Sirius Black…that has to be one of the best.
I'm watching Sorcerer's Stone. Its the climactic scene with the mirror and Quirell turns around and I felt like it should have been Brosenthal+Joe Walker.
