If you're thinking of applying for our In Dads Shoes competition with photographer Harry Borden, simply upload a story/poem/picture/whatever you like, expressing why your dad is so special.

Once you've read our terms and conditions, you should submit your entries to to [email protected] or by post to Tara Kennedy, 1 Webb Close, Dalgarno Way, W105QB

When entering, make sure you include:
