A little taste: 

This certainly wasn't like any summer Draco had ever had. He was used to spending his holidays in Wiltshire, surrounded by luxury, lazing about in a bedroom easily the size of Severus' entire quarters. To still be sharing a room, even during the holidays, was a bit much. The fact that they were still in the castle hardly mattered; he'd be sharing with Harry even after they went to Devon!

Harry and the Potter by suitesamba

Omg, suitesamba just kills me with her writing. Truly. This hits all my fave themes, we've got mature!Harry, mellowed!Severus, and Albus Severus Potter!! My favorite of Harry's canon children :] Harry and Albus go on a trip to America and run into Severus and his son Albus Severus. This story is a beautiful rendition of a lasting relationship developing. Just lovely. You will love the children and want to hug Harry because he's the most adorable 40 year old ever. There the perfect mix of romance, magical theory, light angst, and humor. A great piece.

The Sultan and the Storyteller by McKay, Arionrhood

Pairing: Severus Snape/Remus Lupin

Rating: NC-17

This is so amazing haha. It's a non-magic AU where Severus is a sultan (with a harem) and Remus is a history professor dragged into being Severus' storyteller. It's a bit more complicated than that, but the detailed writing is amazing. Granted, it's very OOC in my opinion. While the essence of the characters has been maintained, there isn't the same tension between the characters as it probably should be. Regardless, it's still a great read. Really, you could probably substitute other names for the characters and it would still work. So, while it may not be the best Snape/Lupin story, it's a wonderful story to read in general. Long, satisfying, angsty romance, with sexy Severus. What's not to like?

Catch and Release by roozette

Pairing: SS/HP, RW/HG

Rating: PG-13 

This piece will make you cry tears of heartwarming happiness and too many touching emotions. I rarely cry in moving books or movies, but this makes me tear up every time I read it. This story basically recounts Severus and Harry's relationship from a third person's point of view, Ron's. And, this author has taken Ron and made him absolutely perfect. He's written just beautifully. He's the best friend any person could ask for, he's understanding, an amazing brother, and just, wonderful. (Also, he smooches Snape at some point, so you really should read it just for that) Your heart will break with Ron's, you will smile at his quiet intelligence, and your heart will be warmed by his understanding of Harry and Severus's relationship. And you will cry at the end. But in a good way. Read this. It's short, it's beautiful, and you will forever see Ron differently.

The Price of Peace by Snakeling

Pairing: SS/HP 

Rating: NC-17

Another forced marriage fic :] Hehehehehehe. This story is AU, basically after GOF I think, in a world where Voldemort is gone but the Death Eaters remain fighting against the Light side, headed by Harry. Poor Harry has lost everyone, except his general, Kingsley, and in order to formulate a plan of peace, marries Severus. The story recounts how Harry accepts being married to man and finds love :] Fluff and romance XD You'll love it.

Pairing: Harry Potter/Severus Snape

Rating: PG-13

Epilogue compliant Snarry is a fascinating read, in my opinion. Mostly because, in general, you encounter a mature Harry and a mellowed but still snarky Snape. A great combination. Harry's children are priceless well. I personally love when an author tears at Ginny, though I have no idea why...

The plot of this story revolves around Harry getting closer to Snape and having to decide what he wants to make it into.

Union of Doom by Steppenwoelfin

Pairing: SS/HP 

Rating: R 

As you will begin to notice, I really love forced marriage/bonding fics. While I don't particularly enjoy the beginning of this fic where there is some "forced" consummation, which you can totally skip and continue reading the story without (because all you need to know really is that it happened), the rest of this story is extremely well written and enticing. It is a romance, not a plotty fic, and something one reads to have squishy feelings. There is angst, fighting, Luna and Ginny, the fact that Harry sketches, and grand romantic gestures. Bits of the story are seemingly awkward, but the plot line is so good you will forgive the author :]

And because I won't bore you with a million of the same, I recommend you read all of the author's fics. Most of the rest have a disabled Harry (mute or deaf) which is exciting to read.

No Hiding Place by Nima Sue Rae

#2 of the Seven Deadly Sins of Snarry Slashdom

Pairing: SS/HP (obviously)

Rating: NC-17

This author is amazing. Should be writing real books. Hell, this story is like a novel in itself. The author accomplishes what I think no other author has done as masterfully. A Snarry where Snape and Harry don't get mushy. Pretty much at all. They still call each other Snape and Potter, and act like "normal" (for them) around each other. And yet you still get the feeling that they are together.This isn't a fluffy romance, there are no repetitive declarations of love or roses. But it is a beautiful subtly written love story that is intertwined with the harsh reality that is war. It's hard to describe, but this story is something you cannot ignore. Truly a Snarry sin if you haven't read it. By which I mean, go READ IT. (Warning: DM/RW ahead. And SB/RL. But do not let that frighten you. It works. I promise.)
