Me too and just all round awesomeness. I loved Blair so so much. But the problem with the show is that by the time it got over you didnt like anyone so much anymore

1.Which movies do you expect to watch in 2014?

All the Marvel movies coming out! Also there are a couple of movies that have already been released a while back but I haven't been able to watch because I either couldn't find a theater which showed it or find a proper link on the internet, and on the top of that list is The Odd Life of Timothy Green, and that movie with Lily Collins and Logan Lerman, Stuck in Love.

Also I realize I answered this more as which movies I want to watch, because honestly after months of searching for it I don't expect to actually watch TOLoTG. /o\

2. Would you like to be a celebrity? Who? And why?

Never. I'm chronically lazy and irresponsible and those are qualities I actually classify as negative. I always tell people I'd rather be unintelligent but genuinely hardworking than lazy but naturally brilliant. Obviously these are two extremes but nonetheless they stand, and it's something I'm trying to work on. Being a celebrity seems like I'd need some kind of talent and that I'd owe something to the world which I 1) don't have, and 2) would probably stress me out to deal with. 

All that being said, if there was a way I could do something and get lots of money without the fame and expectations attached to it then yeah, man. Give me all the dollars so I can stop stressing about making good investments for my parents' retirements.

3. What songs are currently stuck in your head?

Ahahaha Royals by Lorde. ._.

4. What was the last movie you watched and liked? Why?

Wow I'm fairly certain the last movie I watched was Thor: Into the Darkness! And it was so great. I love all the Marvel movies but Thor has a special place in my heart because it really does come across as a comic book movie, with lots of fun and adventure and humour and heartwarming relations, both filial and otherwise. On top of that, I love Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston's on screen chemistry, and GOSH I JUST LOVE THE CHARACTERS SO MUCH? Tumblr has gone on about how interesting Loki is and I standby all of that but I just want to talk about how much I love Thor, how much I love heroes who have to overcome themselves and Thor has gone through so much, and despite all his flaws he's always had so much love for all the people and all the worlds and Chris Hemsworth's performance just gives him so much life ahhh

Also Kat Dennings was perfect as always and Natalie Portman as Jane Foster made me nearly scream in the theater because she's so darn cute and she's literally dwarfed in Thor's arms. Also the visuals are so lovely and IDRIS ELBA and the humour is just such a great balance between clever and outright hilarious and yeahhh omg I have so much love for this series ♥

5. Is there anything that you eat every single day?

Ahahaha RICE. I'm South Asian and this is basically a staple for me! Though it should also be mentioned that during exam season for between December 4 - December 18 in 2013 I ate a Tim Horton's breakfast special every day so like. :(

6. What are your main goals in life?

Write a novel! Get married to someone who likes me a lot and would want to go on adventures. Make sure I do well enough in my career that I can provide for any children I may plan to have, as well as my parents who I hope retire soon because they've worked so much in their life. Get to a better place spiritually. Do a secondment from work in New York or London. MOST IMPORTANTLY: be happy with myself and what I have and not compare my level of success to that of others.

7. What is the ideal setting for a love story?

Oh GOSH this is so sappy but like - consistently in the lovers' company. Give me domestic bliss or give me two restless spirits who never settle, but as long as the constant between them both is that they want to be in each other's arms I'm sold forever. 

As an aside, I really do love established relationship fic more than I like getting together fic because I love to explore the love once the two (or more!) parties decide to try.

8. What do you usually wish for?

That I don't fuck up my life, basically. That everyone I care about is happy and safe and leads a long fruitful life, and that I don't cause them undue distress. That Harry Styles loves and is content with himself even when the rest of the world isn't.

9. Who is your favourite cartoon character?

Whyyyyyyyy Mei Lin from Card Captor Sakura

10. If you discovered an island, what would you  name it and why?

THIS IS THE STRANGEST QUESTION EVER. Gosh, I don't know. You know what I just sat here for five minutes staring at the wall trying to figure out what I'd call this island and I've decided I'll name it Bee Hive because why not.

11. When do you consider someone a good friend?

Ahaha oh gosh I'm so bad with friendships because I can consider someone a good friend and yet still feel that they're not providing me with my emotional demands for our relationships. But that is unrelated to this question and also my own shortcoming so! I would consider someone a good friend if I never feel like I'm unwanted in their company, that I'm not always the first one asking what they've been up to and have them come to me naturally. Someone who doesn't make me rethink my words as soon as I've said it, someone who I don't have to constantly be on my feet around.
