🔺350g fine semolina
🔺1 tbsp sugar
🔺½ tsp salt
🔺2 tsp baking powder
🔺100g butter (unsalted and melted)
🔺100ml milk
🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅
🔹In a bowl add semolina, sugar, salt and baking powder and mix all dry ingredients. Then pour melted butter and use a spatula to mix and to cover all the semolina with melted butter. Then add milk and mix well untill it forms to a dough. Leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes.
🔹Sprinkle some semolina on the surface and flatten the dough with your hands until the dough is about 7mm in thickness. Use round shaped cutter to cut out the circles out of the dough. Use a flat spatula to lift the cuts and place them into hot pan. Use medium heat for cooking, we don’t want to burn them. Cook one side for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and then flip it over and cook the other side. Remove harshas and place them on the cooling rack.
